Important: Form Submission Deadline
Both forms must be completed within 8 days of receipt of your onboarding email. This timeframe ensures adequate time for document generation, statutory filings, and preparation for hand delivery by the Ambassador. Your specific deadline will be communicated in your onboarding email from the Morpheus AI Administrative System.

How long does it take?
Each form takes approximately 15-25 minutes to complete. You can save your progress and return later if needed.
Can I edit after submission?
Once submitted, forms are processed immediately for trust document generation. Contact admin@irise.academy for any corrections needed.
What happens after submission?
Your forms trigger automated trust document generation. You'll receive documents for review before hand delivery by the Ambassador.
Is my information secure?
All forms use secure Google Forms infrastructure with encryption. Your data is processed confidentially according to iRise Academy policies.
Which form should I complete first?
Complete the Trust Provision Form first, followed by the Trust Creation Form. Both are required for complete trust documentation.
